Commission structure

We earn when
you earn.

Commission is earned only on accounts we open through our outreach. Not on your existing wholesale business. The rate is tiered by account type — bigger, more complex accounts carry a lower commission because their value to your brand is already significant.

Commission is never netted against the Monthly Management Fee. These are two entirely separate invoices for two entirely separate things.

Most clients open their first accounts within 30 days of platform launch. Outreach momentum builds through consistency — by month three, most clients have 6–15 new boutique accounts and a pipeline of warm prospects moving toward orders.
No. Many clients come to us before their first wholesale account. We handle full platform setup, storefront optimization, and first outreach campaigns — from scratch. If you're already on the platforms, we audit what's there and improve it.
National placements are part of our Director-tier scope. We have direct experience placing brands at Nordstrom, HomeGoods, Whole Foods Market, Macy's, Belk, Academy Sports, and Bass Pro Shops. These relationships take time to build correctly — we map the path and work toward it with discipline.
Commission is tiered by account type: 8% for new boutiques, 6% for regional chains, 4% for national retailers, 3% on reorders, and 2% on attributed Faire orders. It is calculated on net wholesale order value with no cap. Commission is billed the 15th of each month after your review and approval. Commission never applies to your existing wholesale business — only to incremental accounts we develop through our outreach.
Trade show support is available as an add-on to any management program. The key difference: Hollo Collective brands walk into the show with confirmed buyer meeting calendars — we contact target accounts 4–6 weeks in advance and book appointments on your behalf. We support Atlanta Market, NY NOW, Shoppe Object, AmericasMart, Dallas Market, Las Vegas Market, and regional events.
No long-term commitment is required after your first month. Your first month's Monthly Management Fee is non-refundable — it covers your full onboarding, platform setup, prospect list, and first outreach batch, all completed in full. After that, we are completely month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. No penalties, no fees, no lock-in.
